Padmaja Singh is the creative force behind The Lotus Studio, which celebrates its 21st anniversary this year. Her design philosophy is deeply rooted in a passion for form and function, complemented by a keen appreciation for aesthetic living.

After earning multiple Master’s degrees and a successful career in education, Padmaja transitioned seamlessly into interior design to actualise her passion for creating beautiful, lived-in homes. After working on a wide range of commercial, healthcare, office and residential projects, Padmaja founded The Lotus Studio to further hone her craft, focusing on residential interiors and landscaping with an emphasis on space planning and management. As a respected member of the interior design community in Hyderabad, Padmaja is known for her elegant and sophisticated style. Her work has garnered numerous awards, including the title of "Most Promising Functional and Aesthetic Home Interiors" at the India Design Awards. Her signature approach—characterized by clean lines, simple yet refined designs, and a dedication to creating beautiful, practical homes—attracts discerning homeowners and fosters strong client relationships, resulting in consistent repeat business.
